One of the first questions most people ask when deciding to have a piece of jewelry designed is "How does this work?"  It  starts with a conversation, oftentimes around an old piece of jewelry.  This is one of my favorite parts of the process and is always interesting.  From here, we decide if we are using your gemstone/s or if you need me to find stones for you.  I can get anything you might be looking for, even hard to find stones like purple sapphire, golden South Sea pearl, or tsavorite garnet. Then, the next part is deciding what you want. How do you want to wear it?  Is it for everyday or only when you're going out?  Jewelry is so personal, and it speaks volumes about its wearer.  And, saying what you mean to say is important. As we begin to build a new design, you can reference jewelry in my shop and my portfolio, and then as it becomes clear what you want, I begin to draw it out. I fabricate all jewelry by hand. Any combination of high-karat metals — 18K palladium white gold, 18K green gold, 18K yellow gold, 18K rose gold, 22K gold, Platinum — can be incorporated into a custom design.  I enjoy helping you figure out exactly what you want.
